Our 806 Mix takes the dietary limitations of horses into account, minimizing the overall percent of clover seed to around 3%, and putting more focus on a combination of lush grasses. Perennial and annual ryegrasses plus orchardgrass make up the bulk of the feed, providing quick-growing sources of energy in an equine-friendly grazing system. Birdsfoot trefoil, a legume, also adds some valuable additional energy without being too hot.
